Lailene has 20 years of experience in real estate sales and holds a California real estate Broker's license.  Over the years, she has consistently garnered the top industry honors, including top sales agent, top listing agent, and top monthly producer.

She credits much of her success to being patient, persistent and detail- oriented. "I listen intently to all my clients to make sure each step we take is in line with their goals", she said.  "I maintain open, honest and frequent communication with my buyers and sellers to ensure that they are completely satisfied at the closing of their transaction."

Another key ingredient in her success is Lailene's commitment to education. Using her degree in business administration with emphasis in real estate, finance, and law as cornerstones, she continually builds on her industry knowledge by taking advanced workshops and seminars.  I believe that education is an ongoing process", she said, "especially in real estate, where changes can have dramatic effects on the decisions my buyers and sellers make. I owe it to them to be as knowledgeable as possible."

She also has attained the professional designation of graduate of the Realtor Institute, giving her the "GRI" designation, as well as the CRS - Certified Residential Specialist and the SRES - Senior Real Estate Specialist.

Lailene was born on island state of Penang, Malaysia, and came to the United States in 1976.  She has made Orange County her home for more than 30 years. She is fluent in English, Malaysian and a few dialects of Chinese.  She and her late husband Alfred from Singapore, have two children, Joyce, 28, and Jason, 25.

Lailene has represented a wide range of clients, from first-time buyers and sellers to affluent homeowners, and investors dealing with million-dollar properties.

Whether she's doing volunteer work or helping her clients with their real estate needs, Lailene's main mission in life is "to serve others to the best of my ability".
